For years our customers have requested a non toxic, but powerful glue for gluing metal to all sorts of things, especially earring components.  A couple of years ago, we were finally able to source just the right product. Happy and Safe Crafting. 

Max Repair Extreme is an extremely strong adhesive for repairing porous and non-porous materials such as wood, textile, leather, cork, metal, glass, plastic, rubber, ceramic tiles, stone, cement and many other materials.

Max Repair Extreme is based on UHU Polymer Technology. Products based on this technology guarantee a universal, strong, flexible, longlasting, safe and user friendly solution.

SUITABLE FOR:

Suitable for repairing porous and non-porous materials such as wood, textile, leather, cork, metal, glass, plastic, rubber, ceramic tiles, stone, cement and many other materials. Suitable for indoors and outdoors.

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

Not suitable for Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and P.T.F.E.

BEFORE USE:

Working conditions  The materials to be bonded must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.

Surface requirements  The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.

Preliminary surface treatment  Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease.

Preparation of product

Can be applied directly from the tube using the fine dispensing nozzle.

DURING USE:

Directions for use

Apply the adhesive on one side. Press the parts against each other. Adjustments can be made within 5 minutes. The maximum final bonding strength is reached after approximately 24 hours.

Advice

Loosen the stuck cap under the hot tap and remove any hardened adhesive in the tube cap with a sharp knife. After use, let some adhesive come out of the tube before you screw the cap on it.

AFTER USE:

Stains/residue

Use white spirit for removing wet adhesive residue. Dry adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions:     Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
